I'm not sure Julia Child would approve, but I added swiss cheese to her quiche Lorraine recipe. I've just finished reading her book My Life in France and it's been fun to pour over her recipes in her original Mastering the Art of French Cooking. As much as I like to cook, so many of her recipes seem overly complicated for today's lifestyle. Nevertheless, I'm determined to give a few of them a try! As shown in the movie Julie and Julia her Bouef Bourguignon is "Yum!" But for tonight, it's Karee's Quiche Lorraine.
